The Allergy Treatment Center
We are experts in the diagnosis and management of a variety of allergic medical conditions. Some of the allergic conditions we treat and manage successfully include:
By using state of the art diagnostic skin testing, patch testing and or allergy blood testing, we are uniquely qualified to determine the causative agent in most allergic conditions. We take pride in using the most up to date allergy testing methods to help establish the correct diagnosis. We are able to efficiently establish the causative agent for most patients on the initial day of their visit. Our methods are virtually pain free and needle free in most cases.
We are experts in understanding the different therapies that are successful in the practice of allergy. Education is our main focus when it comes to developing an action plan that suits your needs. We understand the pros and cons of all available therapies that are available.
We are the only clinic in this region that offers our patients the choice of three methods of allergy shot administration. Allergy shots are not available for all the above mentioned conditions. Please schedule an appointment with our office to determine if you are a candidate for allergy shots.
Standard immunotherapy- 26 weekly 20 minute visits will allow you to reach a treating maintenance dose in as little as 26 weeks.
Once your treating maintenance dose is reached, we encourage most of our patients to space out the frequency of receiving their allergy shots. Most patients we take care of are on monthly shots. Most patients are achieving excellent results with immunotherapy. We find that allergy shots are the most effective way to treat most allergic conditions. Approximately 70-90% of patients on our allergy shots consider it successful. Some of the biggest benefits seen by our patients are:
- Less sinusitis, otitis media and pharyngitis
- Better control of their nasal and eye allergies
- Better asthma control and less frequent asthma flares
- Less to no need of medications to control their allergies and asthma
- Better quality of life
- Reduced allergen sensitivity based on reduced sensitivity seen on repeat skin testing.
- A therapy that is more natural and without medications.
If you are interested in finding relief from your allergies and asthma, please schedule an appointment with one of our board certified physicians so we can start a therapy plan that meets your needs.
