Policies/Procedures

  • Due to food allergies, no food is permitted in our office.
  • Our office follows the Plano ISD regarding delays/closures for inclement weather.
  • No concealed weapons are allowed on our property.
  • Food Desensitization appointments missed without a 24 hour prior notification are assessed a $250 fee.
  • All other appointments missed without a 24 hour prior notification are assessed a $25 fee.
  • Allergy Serum transfers are assessed a $35 fee.
  • Records transfers are assessed a $25 fee.
  • NSF checks are assessed a $35 fee.
